ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) develops manufactures and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy and autoimmune diseases. With over 2000 employees worldwide IDD is the global leader in invitro allergy diagnostics and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
As HR Director you understand that in todays market innovative and forwardthinking people strategy is integral to short and longterm business success. To achieve this you will collaborate with global business leaders to turn strategy into action resolving talent gaps and seizing opportunities that support our goals of hiring engaging developing and retaining outstanding talent.
This is a key HR Leadership position in the Division and this exciting role will assume responsibility for Global Operations and Research & Development.
This role will be a member of the IDD HR leadership team and contribute to divisionwide HR strategies programs and process development and implementation. The successful candidate must possess the ability to quickly grasp the business and functional strategies and objectives maximising the greater human resources organization and capabilities to support the achievement of those objectives.
Develop effective talent strategy and solutions that reinforce our business strategy and advance culture change initiatives to attract retain develop and engage diverse hardworking talent.
Draw upon business metrics to encourage the continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities and maintain a positive culture. Build a robust understanding of industry market and functional trends crafting businessspecific talent strategies driven by data insights.
Act as a trusted mentor to Leaders in navigating complex leadership and HR matters including talent development engagement and performance.
Serve as a motivator for change devising and communicating solutions as they relate to organizational design development and change management. Demonstrate and encourage consistency with our 4i values (Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement) in everything we do.
Coordinate HR resources and priorities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. Assess work requests from across the organization and effectively balance priorities in collaboration with the business and in alignment with the HR model.
