The Document Management SME is responsible for Manages all GxP and Non GxP applications compliance documents and records to assure conformance to requirements or standards.
This position reports to the IT R&D GRC Senior Manager and is part of the Cytiva IT R&D located in JFWTC Whitefield Bengaluru and will be onsite. At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Act as a technical writer and assist in document compliance writing to GRC SME and IT Architects Team.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Veeva and ALM process mapping process design and policy and procedure writing.
- Creating editing and managing compliance documents using Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint as well as document compliance software (Veeva) for policies and procedures management.
- Developing standard operating procedures quality policies and IT process communication for IT R&D Compliance management.
- Responsible for document control practices and document revision control using document management software.
- Support compliance auditing reviewing audit reports and ensuring document control audit findings are resolved to ensure the compliance program is working.
- Manage document retention schedules and ensure compliance with Validation Management Quality Assurance and industryspecific requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to document management systems or processes.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration among team members irrespective of geographical location.
- Demonstrable experience in compliance and risk management.
Who you are:
- Bachelors or masters degree in information management or a related field.
- 05 years of proven work experience as a Document Management Specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management principles.
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
- Familiarity with records management best practices and regulatory requirements.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
