Description
We are currently looking for parttime UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS to work OVERNIGHT shifts at entertainment sporting and other venues in the AUSTIN metropolitan area.
A Texas Level II NonCommissioned Security License or higher is REQUIRED (Training & Licensing Class Provided).
PAY RATE: $1822/ HOURLY
Venues 5 STAR Event Services provide services for in the Central Texas region include: HEB Center at Cedar Park Circuit of the Americas (including Formula 1 NASCAR & MotoGP) Stubbs Amphitheater Round Rock Amphitheater Zilker Park and more!
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Texas NonCommissioned Guard Card (Training & Licensing Class Provided)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- Must possess excellent Customer Service Verbal and Written Skills
- Must be Outgoing Personable and Professional
- Enjoy Working in both Independent and Team Environments
Job Duties: Observe and Report plus:
- Act as a liaison with local law enforcement client representatives talent/sports team security and outside agencies.
- Completion of all security forms and documentation such as post orders time sheets incidents reports event notes invoices etc.
- Highly responsive to emergencies in a fast paced time sensitive environment
- Troubleshoot any incidents problems or operating issues including those affecting clients guests and staff
- Monitor and maintain door access
- Must know enforce and abide by all 5 STAR rules regulations and emergency procedures
- Enforce and uphold the integrity of the facility and event
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and possess full mental dexterity with the ability to walk talk stoop kneel crouch hear and see
- The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time (minimum of 8 hours)
- The ability to lift 25lbs.
