In this position you will have the opportunity to review and approve license applications to ensure compliance with all licensing regulations. You will also be responsible for the processing issuance and tracking of licenses. As an Administrative Officer 1 you will have a crucial role in the management and oversight of a statewide program that licenses nondepository institutions for assigned license types. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reviewing new license applications to ensure compliance with appropriate consumer agency regulations. You will also be responsible for providing daily updates and changes to licensing information as well as determining and directing remedial or corrective action for any violations of department regulations polices and standards by currently licensed entities. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to respond to inquiries from potential licensees about the application process and address any issues that may arise during the licensing process.
