Job Description

Jobs mission

The Medical representative area of responsibility is accomplished with the companys accorded commercial objectives. These objectives show sales as well as other skills that affect the final profitability of the company and refer to competence.

Likewise he/she is responsible for managing and achieving a suitable positioning of the products and brands with his clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

 

Activity Planning:

  • Suitable Routes design will ensure the right visit frequency in the segmented clients.
  • Objective Following
  • Check the classification clients with the Sales Manager in according with the definite parameters.
  • Update the client profile.
  • To prepare the visit according to the client profile and cycle priorities.

Commercial Activity Development:

  • To realize the daily visits average established by the company as well as to accomplish with the regular frequency.
  • To realize the product presentations under the company rules getting the recommendation/prescription with product market and stipulated arguments.
  • To have the appropriate portfolio products training to get an excellent argumentation of the advantages.
  • To deliver added value to customers understanding the situation and adapting the speech to meet their needs.
  • Look up the different actions of the competitors.

Activity Reporting:

  • Daily report.
  • AM reporting about activity competence etc.
  • In agreement with the Sales Manager proposing commercially suitable actions for the accomplishment of the objectives.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

  • Graduated
  • 3 years experience in similar positions.
  • Evidence of sales success/track record.
  • Thorough understanding of the local health system.
  • Understanding of the compliance environment and relevant codes of practice.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Credibility with clinician & health system personnel KOL etc.
  • Networking skills.
  • Strong IT skills especially MS Office.
