Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative you ll be at the forefront of an exciting growth strategy driving outbound prospecting efforts to connect with potential clients and open doors to transformative business relationships. Responsibilities: - Conduct confident outbound calling during UK business hours to prospect for new clients in the SMB market

- Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
- Compile comprehensive prospect information and maintain accurate CRM records
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to organizations with fewer than 250 employees
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales business development or related field
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM platform and email marketing tools
- Confident phone manner with no fear of making cold calls or asking for meetings
- Curious mindset with excellent questioning and active listening skills
- IT sales background preferred but not mandatory - training provided
- Ability to work UK business hours consistently
