Job Description Summary

The Global Income FP&A Planning Leader is a vital member of the GE HealthCare Global FP&A team. Reporting to the Executive Global Planning FP&A Leader the selected candidate will oversee the financial guidance and income consolidation models used for annual Budget and Strategy reviews. This role involves advanced financial modeling data analysis and visualization to develop longterm income planning scenarios that can be effectively communicated to leadership. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of operations processes and financial acumen along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead GE HealthCares Income Planning Cycle including the development of the Longterm Strategy (LTS) financial plan 3year Plan) and Budget 1year Plan). Support the preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to prepare P&L guidance and consolidate financial submissions for the LTS and Budget cycles. Analyze financials identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations to align growth and profitability with expectations.

  • Impact the teams ability to achieve quality and timeliness of objectives. Regularly provide recommendations and advise on planning cycle approach problemsolving and simplification opportunities.

  • Drive Lean process improvements for income planning models and longterm strategy (LTS) and Budget cycles. Project manage process improvements and drive discussions on actions and results with Finance stakeholders.

  • Lead small projects to support the broader Global FP&A team especially during the quarter close cycle and the period between planning cycles.

  • Use highlevel judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems. Assess the quality of information provided and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and construct and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or equivalent.

  • 5 years of experience in an FP&A role.

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Selfstarter who can effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

For U.S. based positions only the pay range for this position is $124080.00$186120.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and location. In addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package including not but limited to medical dental vision paid time off a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities life disability and accident insurance and tuition reimbursement.
