Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of aggregates to various locations.
- Communicate with third party drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve any delivery third party driver customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Backup Scale operator duties as required.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competency in using dispatch software Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant tools.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends on rotating basis.
- Transportation is required.
