- Update employee information and extension list
- Enrollment of benefits assistant (as needed)
- New employee file creation payroll/benefits
- Barcoding Upload Removal of RCI and Password fixed assets
- Send out updated vendor and commodity codes to secretaries
- Update district information folder
- Assist with transportation complaints school complaints and personnel complaints by directing them so Student Service or Human Resources
- Assist food service department as needed
- Assist Curriculum and Instruction Department as needed
- Post daily warehouse inventory charges
- Post monthly print orders
Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree or 2 yrs. college preferred
Experience Required:
General office experience;
One to three years secretarial experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities; Computer and clerical skills; Keyboard EMail Spreadsheets Word Processing Internet Databases; Accuracy is imperative
Physical/Mental Demands:
Maintain control under stress and meet deadlines
