What Youll Do:
- Lead daily operations and ensure clinical excellence in patient care.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Physical Therapists Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
- Manage clinic performance including patient volume scheduling and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with local physicians referral sources and the community.
- Evaluate diagnose and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Stay up to date on industry advancements and foster professional development among staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas(or ability to obtain licensure).
- 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Previous leadership management or mentorship experience is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and develop the clinic.
