Major Areas of Responsibility
- Welcomesand assistsvisitors in personandon the telephone.
- Maintains security by followingprocedures; monitoring people enteringand exiting building.
- Maintainsasafe and cleanwork area and lobby.
- Effectively communicate and workwith other employeesand customers.

PositionResponsibilities
- Provide excellent customer servicethat exceeds the customers expectations.
- Haveknowledge of all Sutton Swim School policies and proceduresand effectively communicate them.
- Assist customers with enrollments transfers cancellations andpreregistrationrequests.
- Evaluate and problemsolve customer needs and complaints.
- Check and respond to emails and voicemailsusing effective communication skills.
- Perform daytoday operational duties
- Build an excellent rapport with parents and children.
- Work as a team with all employees in the building.
- Createa welcoming environment to keep our customers coming back.
- Present oneself in a professional and positive manner in a front office reception setting and a call center setting
- Willingness to learn and change with the business as we grow.
PositionQualifications and Requirements
- Experience with Customer Service and iClass preferred
- Willing to work 23 customer service shifts per week.
- Understand Sutton Swim teaching program and levels(Must pass a swimming levels quiz).
- Excellent listening and communication skills in personon the phone and in writing.
- Basic computer skills (Excel Word Outlook).
- Handles Pressurein a fastpaced environment.
- Professionalism and Organizational skills.
