Sr Consultant - ITAM Expert

• Integrate LeanIX with ITAM systems for seamless asset tracking and lifecycle management.
• Implementation and roll out a standardized naming convention for endpoints to improve asset tracking and consistency.
• Connect RSA Archer with ITAM systems to enhance risk management governance and compliance for IT assets.
• RaynetOne agent roll out across devices for automated asset discovery and improved inventory management.
• Create and finalize ITAM process documentation and the Target Operating Model to ensure scalable and efficient asset management.
• Strong knowledge of the MicroStrategy tool and experience in developing and executing proof of concept (PoC) projects.

• Preparation for ITAM tool tender and project management support

Qualifications :

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management specially around HAM. This experience should include a deep understanding of asset lifecycle management compliance and financial management of IT assets. Proven expertise in integrating ITAM practices with organizational strategies and processes is essential.

Additionally candidates should demonstrate experience in leading ITAM initiatives optimizing asset utilization and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills project management experience and familiarity with ITAM tools and frameworks are also required.
This level of experience ensures that the candidate can effectively manage complex IT asset environments and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Additional Information :

• Knowledge of managing assets from acquisition through disposal including tracking their status and condition throughout their lifecycle.
• Integrate LeanIX with ITAM systems for seamless asset tracking and lifecycle management. 
• Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT asset processes policies and procedures ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Ability to collect analyze and maintain accurate asset data utilizing tools and methodologies to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements for ITAM practices.
• Understanding of compliance & audit standards and the ability to implement processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with IT assets.
• Experience with integrating ITAM systems with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP ITSM) to enhance data sharing and streamline operations.
• Experience in leading ITAM projects coordinating resources and managing timelines to achieve project goals effectively.
• Skills in creating reports and dashboards that deliver insights into asset utilization compliance and financial performance facilitating datadriven decisionmaking along with strong presentation skills in MS suite

• Strong communication skills written and oral to convey ITAM strategies and policies to stakeholders and provide training to teams on asset management practices.
• Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow LeanIX) and strong IT infrastructure knowledge enabling effective management and troubleshooting of IT assets.
• Understanding how to identify assess and remediate vulnerabilities in IT assets including software patching and updates.

Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) and security operations would be an added advantage.
