The Financial Planning & Analysis team is excited to add aFinancial Analystwith an emphasis on Field Finance. This position will serve as a key partner to our store managers general managers regional managers and directors of operations to inform educate and provide insight on financial opportunities.
What you will do:
- Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them
- Establish storelevel goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters
- Provide advice on revenuegenerating or costsaving opportunities by analyzing financial and nonfinancial data
- Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner
- Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed
How You Will Shine:
- Bachelors degree (or completing within one year) in accounting finance or business economics with a high GPA
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis and an advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred
- A curious mind high intellect and takes pride in producing highquality work
- Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling datadriven stories in reports emails presentations and orally
- Customer service mentality
- Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities
- Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit
