Job Summary: The Digital Adoption & Customer Engagement Manager is a strategic customerfacing role focused on driving digital platform adoption and enhancing user satisfaction among customers and sales representatives across all regions. The ideal candidate will proactively gather and analyze user feedback deliver training and resources and actively evangelize our digital solutions internally and externally.
This role requires exceptional communication skills strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels. Success in this position will be measured by increased regional customer adoption higher sales rep engagement with digital tools and improved product penetration across SKUs.
