Automotive Senior Level Technician

Compensation: $100K$300K
Sign On Bonus: Up to $15000.00

What Youll Do
- Perform accurate diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles specializing in Mopar brands (Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat)
- Utilize factory service manuals and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in problemsolving complex repairs
- Regularly required to:
- Sit stand and walk
- Use hands and arms to handle feel or reach
- Speak and hear
- Use close vision abilities
- Operate a vehicle with a valid drivers license
- Occasionally required to:
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Noise Level: Low to moderate
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Mopar experience strongly preferred (Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram)
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
