Real Estate Services Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify develop maintain and manage a diverse client portfolio with Municipalities and WisDOT
- Manage municipal/DOT clients real estate needs including:
- Acquisition cost estimating
- Appraisal
- Negotiation
- Acquisition/Relocation
- Setting and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects
- Lead mentor and develop staff and a team of real estate professionals
- Other duties as assigned

Real Estate Services Manager Skills and Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Transportation real estate/rightofway services: appraisal negotiation and acquisition
- WisDOT approved Appraiser or ability to obtain within one month
- WisDOT approved Negotiator or ability to obtain within one month
- Notary Public or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with WisDOT Real Estate Program Manual
- Understanding and experience with real estate laws eminent domain principles and practices the Uniform Act and NEPA.
- Ability to flex hours to include evenings and weekends as needed
- Applicable U.S. based work experience.
