Job Description
Job Summary:
The PartTime Center Associate at The UPS Store in Nashua New Hampshire is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This is a parttime hourly position in the franchise industry. The Center Associate will work on an individual basis and report to the store manager.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $17 per hour paid on a weekly basis. As a parttime employee the Center Associate will have access to limited benefits such as paid time off and employee discounts.

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS shipping software
Accurately calculate shipping rates and assist customers with selecting the best shipping options
Handle cash and credit card transactions for shipping and other services
Keep store and work area clean and organized
Receive and process packages for storage or pickup
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with print and copy services including operating printers copiers and other equipment
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new services and promotions
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency in UPS shipping software and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be detailoriented and have strong organizational skills
