As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) / Payments team you will spearhead the successful of intricate technology projects and programs that are instrumental in achieving business objectives across the organization. Your profound understanding of technical principles practices and theories will be crucial in crafting innovative solutions while concurrently managing resources budgets and highperforming teams effectively. Your robust analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will empower you to navigate through uncertainty and change ensuring that technology initiatives are in sync with business objectives. Possessing advanced communication and stakeholder management skills you will cultivate productive working relationships and influence decisionmaking to attain mutually beneficial outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure ontime delivery of technology solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decisionmaking across crossfunctional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable ondemand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources budgets and highperforming teams in a fastpaced agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problemsolving techniques to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including Technology Product and Operations
  • Act as the communications conduit to executive sponsor & project stakeholders; conducts regularly scheduled briefings/status updates
  • Serve as single point of contact for program level issues / questions / escalations
  • Strong time management with the ability to manage complex work plans and conflicting priorities
  • Attention to detail comfortable working independently and able to consistently deliver work to a high standard
  • Recognize areas for improvement and develop plans for implementing them
