About the Role:
Are you passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service AmTrav is looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Customer Care Advisors. In this role youll assist clients with their travel needs via phone chat and email ensuring an outstanding experience every time.

Salary:
Hourly rates start at $22 with potential increases based on experience. Weekend bonuses are available after 6 months along with ample opportunities for salary growth within our multitier support team.
Training: Training occurs Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST lasting 1012 weeks and is fully paid.
Work Schedule:
Once you have completed training you will be moved into your permanent shift.
Available shift:
noon9pm
3pmmidnight
New hires will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday as part of their normal shift. Consecutive days off is not guaranteed. We are looking for people who have flexible schedules and are willing to grow in the company before moving into other shifts.
