Responsibilities
General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including: General HR program/policy development administration and compliance. Employee hiring onboarding termination and records maintenance. Employee and labor relations and communications. HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching). Mobility (strategy and design)
Qualifications
Provides leadership and direction through managers; spends preponderance of time on strategic rather than operational activities. Accountable for the performance and results of multiple teams typically focused on related disciplines. Focus is primarily on strategic contributions such as the development of functional strategy. Makes decisions guided by functional strategy and priorities. Requires broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems theories and practices.
