SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Langley SL3
Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful forward thinking Berkshire Property company are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Langley.
The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in residential lettings sector and an excellent record of performance at your current company.
You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career have a winning mindset but most importantly you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Significant residential lettings experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate new business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Wellspoken and wellpresented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent spoken and written English
