Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This fulltime juniorlevel position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent in the competitive real estate sector. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative recruitment strategies to support our growth and maintain our teams highcaliber standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to effectively manage recruitment processes and candidate data.
- Strong understanding of Boolean Search Techniques to target specific talent pools efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to execute innovative Candidate Sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Experience in implementing Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to ensure a balanced and inclusive workforce.
- Ability to utilize DataDriven Recruitment practices to optimize hiring processes and decision making.
- Excellent Interviewing Skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization effectively.
- Capability to enhance Employer Branding by representing the company positively and attractively to prospective candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source and track potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates skills experience and fit for the company culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion goals.
- Leverage data analytics to track and improve recruitment metrics and processes.
- Assist in employer branding activities to attract top talent and increase company visibility.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
