The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB) within the International Card Services (ICS) Centre of Excellence (COE)is responsible fordelivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering bestinclass premium products capabilities customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.The Analyst Issue Management and Controls will report to the Manager Issue Management & Controls and will play an integral role in tracking monitoring and owning Operational Risk Events across IPBB; further enhancing proactive process controls and supporting local markets in issue resolution through best practice sharing
How will you make an impact in this role
The Analyst will own Operational Risk Events E2E in the International Premium Products & Benefits team support local ICS markets in ORE closure and play a key role in wider Governance initiatives/enhancements across the ICS COE. In addition the analyst will own multiple workstreams to enhance proactive process controls across ICS in partnership with Control Management and Technology
The role will involve extensive collaboration with the Loyalty & Partnerships team in the International Premium Products and Benefits COE Control Management Technology Compliance and local markets. The role may also require working directly with external Third Parties
The successful applicant will have experience in issue management and will possess excellent communication collaboration problem solving and critical thinking skills.
