In this fulltime paid 10week internship paying $22 per hour you will be exposed to the vast career opportunities within risk consulting working on special projects to support client service efforts and senior field consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with senior consultants to understand project needs and objectives.

• Develop safety programs based on OSHA DOT NFPA and industry best practices.

• Advise clients on best practices in risk mitigation and safety management strategies.

• Develop management/employee training programs and materials for clients

• Conduct loss analysis & trending to identify client focus areas

• Perform audits/assessments at client sites

• Provide overall support to the consulting team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Safety Insurance Fire Safety Loss Prevention Environmental Health or Engineering

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable transportation and open to weekly travel to client sites

• High degree of selfmotivation and discipline

• Must be currently enrolled in a degreeseeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.

• Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality.

• High level of attention to detail excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize is required

• Prior internship experience preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
