Job Description

Description:
Omnic is seeking a skilled and business-oriented International Lawyer to support our global expansion and ensure full legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves managing legal risk supporting international contracts navigating cross-border regulations and advising on legal matters related to operations partnerships and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external legal partners to safeguard Omnics interests while enabling strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • Law degree (specialization in International or Business Law preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in international corporate/commercial law
  • Proven track record in supporting cross-border operations transactions or legal structuring
  • Expertise in contract law regulatory compliance and cross-border legal frameworks
  • Exceptional legal drafting negotiation and advisory skills
  • Fluent English (written/spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the companys interests across all jurisdictions and business operations
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on international projects compliance and risk mitigation
  • Draft review and negotiate high-stakes international agreements (commercial employment vendor and client contracts)
  • Streamline contract templates and processes for efficiency
  • Manage relationships with external counsel authorities and business partners
  • Ensure compliance with local laws in all operational territories
  • Advise on legal aspects of client engagements and subcontractor agreements
  • Support tax-efficient structuring and execution of cross-border transactions
  • Lead legal due diligence for investment projects and M&A opportunities
  • Design and implement scalable legal workflows and internal policies
  • Recruit and mentor a legal assistant to expand team capacity
  • Oversee external legal service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Advise on IP protection data privacy (GDPR/international frameworks) and corporate governance
  • Handle licensing franchise agreements and dispute resolution

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in tech logistics or infrastructure sectors
  • Knowledge of GDPR and international data protection laws
  • Familiarity with M&A licensing and franchise agreements
  • Legal background in both civil and common law jurisdictions
