OpenLink Endur BA Gas & Power Configuration Specialist

Overview: Are you a seasoned specialist with a deep understanding of Gas & Power trading and a proven track record in ETRM system configurations Join a prestigious London boutique energy trader in a pivotal role where your expertise will drive the ongoing implementation and enhancement of their global Gas & Power ETRM system OpenLink Endur.

Project Details: This ongoing OpenLink Endur ETRM project is based in London. Youll be expected to work from the London office three days a week with additional flexibility for remote work during school and summer holidays. You will collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team of project managers business analysts and developers providing you with the opportunity to work alongside some of the top consultants in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and model detailed business requirements.
  • Develop functional solutions detailing key assumptions and dependencies.
  • Define business processes and evaluate the impact of changes.
  • Address detailed requirement issues facilitate decisionmaking and achieve stakeholder consensus.
  • Configure OpenLink Endur to meet business requirements ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance.
  • Design test and implement functional changes and enhancements in OpenLink Endur.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test strategies and cases.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions fully cover business processes and requirements.
  • Support phased delivery decisionmaking processes.
  • Assist in change management activities including benefits realization planning training and communication.
  • Estimate the effort required for future project phases.
  • Operate both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver technologyenabled business transformations.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Extensive expertise in Gas & Power trading and risk management.
  • Mandatory experience with OpenLink Endur.
  • Indepth knowledge of key trading risk and product control processes.
  • Strong understanding of data flows within an energy trading business.
  • Familiarity with trading and financial terminology.
  • Proven experience in specifying and writing functional specifications and business requirements for development teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertlevel configuration skills with OpenLink Endur covering all front to back office modules.
  • Proficiency in implementing functional changes in OpenLink Endur.
  • Deep understanding of core Gas & Power trading processes focusing on risk and product control within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and manage shifting business priorities.
  • Strong capability to manage business expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with key business stakeholders (front middle back office) facilitating workshops and documenting requirements.

Additional Information:

  • The pay range for this opportunity is between 700.00 850.00 per day excluding VAT.
  • This role is outside (offpayroll) IR35.
  • Payment terms: 35 days.
  • Start: ASAP.
