Job Description

Primary Purpose
Proctor exams in a computerbased and paperandpencil testing center for students staff and community members.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible to provide test security maintain confidentiality and accessibility when delivering exams. Maintain the security of instructors exams by confirming the identity of testing candidates and physically controlling access to tests. Responsible for tracking candidates admitted to testing in accordance with secure checkin procedures and monitor attendance continuously throughout the entire exam session. Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related testing conducted by the area. Perform other duties as assigned as they pertain to the overall objective of the position.

Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: One year of professional level office work with technical acumen. Special Necessary Qualifications: Certified by the PearsonVUE Testing Program or the ability to complete certification.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: Associates degree from a nationally accredited college or university. Experience working with computerbased highstakes testing programs. Experience: Prior Customer Service experience.
