The Challenge to Solve
As a Product Manager you will play a key role in product development within the InStore Operations team working on some of our fastestgrowing products. These products are essential to supporting our reverse franchise offering which empowers independent pizzerias and restaurants.
The Role
You will own a product or a cohesive portfolio of features taking full accountability for the entire product lifecycle while identifying new investment opportunities and projects. Your daytoday responsibilities include defining simple elegant solutions based on user needs and recognizing when additional research is required. Your goal is to reduce product cost and complexity while maintaining a deep understanding of users the market and technology. As the product expert you will also foster innovation across the team by creating an environment that encourages it.

The Winning Recipe
Were looking for a Product Manager who is excited to build worldclass products for small business counters. These are the core competencies this role calls for:
- 3 years of Product Management experience in Marketplace or SMB products.
- Experience both in analyzing data to help develop hypotheses and then constructing experiments to test them.
- Experience in driving business outcomes as opposed to shipping features.
- Demonstrated experience using some kind of product analytics tool.
- Clear passion for Design Thinking and being a partner to Product Design.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner well throughout an organisation.
- Meticulous in taking care of the details and demonstrating endtoend ownership of work.
- Fluent in agile software development.
- Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry a bonus
