Job Description
Private Duty LPN
Monday through Friday 1pm8pm
Kingston NH
$29.00 per hour
Per Diem
Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Private Duty care team. This role with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm offers a competitive salary of $35 per hour and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families. The job is located in Kingston New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient including medication administration general care and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patients healthcare team including the physician nurse practitioner and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Administering and managing Gtube feedings and medications according to the patients care plan.
- Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
