Service Sales Account Manager
Heres what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:
This position will be based out of our Milford MA located in the Worcester East Boston NH RI Market reporting to the Director of Business Development.
Building strong and longlasting relationships:
- Help grow and build our Roofing and Service business
- Work with GRS team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with current clients
- Communication with existing customers and explain GRS opportunities
- Regular followup on quotes and tenders
- Attend association industry and networking events
- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
- Work with Local and GI teams to promote GRSs brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:
- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Complete work orders takeoffs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
- Ability to conduct presentations virtually
- Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

- Strong communication organizational skills and excellent time management
- Previous 23 years sales experience
- Prior exposure dealing with propertyor facility managers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office)
- Clear understanding of contract documents
