Job Description

Are you ready to drive digitalization in the real estate sector and become part of an innovative companyWe are looking for a proactive and independent personality with experties in the intersection of digitalization and real estate who is eager to develop into a senior position over time. You will be supported by experienced team members and receive structured training in the areas ofdigital transformation cloudbased solutions and datadriven decision models. This is your opportunitytoactively shape the digital transformationin the real estate sector and contribute your own ideas.

You will take over responsibilities like:

Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thedigital integration of BIM CAFM and ERP systems
Identification and optimization of data structuresto enhance efficiency in real estate management
Designing new SaaS productsand datadriven business models in close coordination with the product team
Development andimplementation of innovative digital solutionsfor real estate portfolios usingcloud technologies and data analytics
Leading and executingprojects to digitise real estate processes particularly in the area ofLifecycle Data Management (LCDM)
Development and management of digitization strategies taking into account the specific challenges ofvertical real estate
Strategic consultingfor Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) and Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) clients ondigital transformation

Your Profile

Ongoing studies inarchitecture civil engineering business informatics real estate management or comparable

Initial professional experience indigital transformation real estate consultingor similar

Interest indigital solutions in the real estate sector particularlyBIM CAFM ERP and cloud technologies

Initial experience withdatadriven decision models and KPIsfor digital investments knowledge of BI or Python is a plus

Stronganalytical and conceptual skills as well as a basic understanding ofdigital business models and SaaS products

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills

Entrepreneurial mindsetwith a high level ofinitiative and team spirit

Start: flexible upon agreement
