2025 the year of Change
Things continue to look bright for SynergyIQ as we embark on a new year and that starts with the opportunity to expand our team once again. We are looking to appoint a Change Partner (or two) to join our team. If you have some experience working as part of a change team and are looking for an opportunity to further spread your wings then this might just be the ideal chance to do so.
This role provides the best of both worlds and a great transition into consulting. You will be working on a longterm change project with one of our largest clients as well as the opportunity to work with other members of our SynergyIQ team and broaden your knowledge and experience.
We dont expect you to have any experience in consulting what we do ask is that you are peoplefocused have energy and drive. We would love to hear from you if you have a couple of years experience in change or an adjacent area such as business analysis or communications along with the desire to make the experience of work and change just a bit better for the people you work with.
The only other thing we need to ask for as part of this role is the ability to travel semiregularly (i.e. a trip of a few days every month or two).

We focus on helping people make sense of change and with the understanding that no change operates in a vacuum (or according to change plans).
