Description
Red Oak is looking for motivated COMMERCIAL PLUMBERS to use their skills/experience and grow with the company. This person will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing related piping and material as directed by site foreman. All jobs will be new commercial construction not service repair.

Requirements
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts
- Familiarity with PVC CPVC PEX cast iron and copper
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
- Install repair and maintain pipes valves fitting drainage systems and fixtures in commercial structures
- Cutting welding and assembling pipes tubes fittings and fixtures
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety functionality and code compliance
- Mechanical and boiler systems experience (preferred)
- Ability to run DWV water gas.
Salary Description
$16 $30 per hour base on experience
