Location: Shreveport/Bossier City LA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Were a locally owned plumbing company backed by a national brand and were looking for a motivated experienced Lead Plumber to join our team. We seek dependable professionals who are ready to lead with skill integrity and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial plumbing issues
- Perform repairs maintenance and installations (water heaters pipe systems fixtures etc.)
- Lead and mentor apprentices on job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers providing estimates and explaining recommended services
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Complete detailed job notes and photos using mobile software
- Occasionally assist with job materials scheduling coordination and follow-up
- Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required)
- 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Clean professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise and train apprentice plumbers
- Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service software is preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or crawlspaces
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Competitive pay based on experience ($25$35/hr DOE)
