OnsiteThis position will be responsible for Programming and Problem Solving for 20 machines. Creates fixturing and CNC programs using Solidworks and Camworks software. Sets up Horizontal CNC milling machines. Creates work instructions and sets standards for new and repeat jobs. Renishaw Probes experience necessary. This person needs to be proficient and experienced in all aspects of CNC machining with Horizontal Milling Machines. Ability to mentor and multitask is required.

This position is currently located in Hampton NH but the facility will be relocating to Durham NH in the summer
Compensation:
$1500 Sign on Bonus*

Overtime available on a business need basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will interpret blueprints work orders engineering plans specifications reference planes designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation material and dimensional requirements.
You will apply advanced skills to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes highly complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
You will consistently work on a variety of highly complex tasks requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve highly complex problems.
You will make recommendations for new procedures.
You will take measurements of material and selects appropriate machines for the process.
You will perform machining setups and makes adjustments as required.
You will conduct inspections of work produced.
You will check SPC charts for frequency of checks gauging and measurements.
You will keep records and maintains quality/safety standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
