Im working with a business who are at the very start of their journey to S/4 HANA.
Theyre looking for an SAP Data Migration Specialist to join them on an initial 12 month FTC (fixed term contract to the uninitiated) and support them in migrating legacy data objects from their current ECC6 system to their shiny new S/4 HANA landscape.
This is a brand new role meaning youre not stepping in to fill the shoes of someone who has left/ been let go/ f##ked everything up already. Youll be able to make sure that data is extracted transformed cleansed and loaded into the system in your own very particular waya way of course that aligns with project timelines business needs and governance standards. Obviously.
This particular organisation has some super impressive offices in central London and their hybrid working set up 23 days on site per week with 2 working from home) likely means this will be a better fit for those based in the South East.
As you might expect having a strong understanding of data migration methodologies tools and best practices as well as knowledge of data cleansing techniques is a must and whilst the client are open to applicants who have managed data migration projects on large scale ERP implementations ideally itll be a migration to S/4 that youve worked on.
