A role withTarget Guest Marketing Strategyis an opportunity to create clear and compelling strategies and tactics that engage guests at every touchpoint. You will apply your detailed understanding of guest attitudes and behaviors to build out the industryleading plans that achieve Targets business objectives. Youll drive brand equity and loyalty to increase Targets share of shopping trips. You connect all key partners including Guest Insights Media Strategy Finance Operations and creative agencies. As a Marketing Project Manager you will work crossfunctionally to lead the successful development of guestcentric marketing for a given business areas marketing content by driving project plans. Your focus will be on contributing to the development of project plans and the monthly forecast process in collaboration with key partners. You will also proactively drive and manage project plans communicating all milestones and interdependencies to ensure crossfunctional team compliance. Youll follow defined best practices while promoting commitment to the team and organizations vision values strategies and objectives. In addition you will draw conclusions from relevant data and makes appropriate recommendations remaining guestcentered in your approach to any project or solution. You will also serve as the project communications hub and facilitate connections to identify solutions and gain alignment across all functions. Likewise youll promote sharing of expertise and continuous learning across the organization and ensure strong working relationships exist with key stakeholders and CFT partners. Lastly youll also stay up to date on emerging trends innovation and advancements in the industry. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. 4 year college degree or equivalent
3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to manage multiple projects/partners at once
Strong organization and planning skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
