Job Description

Job Title Assistant Surgical Coordinator

Location Warwick RI

Duration 12 Months Contract

Client: Medical Device Company

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Position Summary:
This Temporary position would be responsible for collaborating with SurgEd Coordinators SurgEd Regional Managers and the Department Manager to ensure all associated responsibilities are successfully executed. This individual would be responsible for supporting department coordinators with planning coordinating and reporting of multiple surgeon education events and related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Coordinators with assigned Surgical Education event activities and related communications (e.g. attendee travel & accommodations attendee notifications email campaigns course materials etc).
Create honorarium and travel invoices for KOLs.
Update and maintain Sales information on Ten24 (department software).
Update Pronto Forms with Sales information as needed.
Track and report (monthly) event attendance and related expenses as well as ad hoc analysis and other Surgical Education related reporting.
Assist Sr. Coordinator with invoicing and auditing of the Education Speaker Programs (ESP) and other ad hoc responsibilities associated with ESPs and Pronto Forms.
Collaborate in the creation/revision of Surgical Education related collateral and uploading into Veeva (approval software based system) as requested by the Surgical Education team.

Skills Required:
Team player with excellent communications skills (written and verbal proofreading skills).
Excellent computer skills Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Experience/knowledge in event planning
Experience with Cvent a plus (or similar event management system).
Detailed oriented
Able to work with others in a fastpaced team environment
