About Our Client
Our client is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through an endoflife software platform. They go beyond electronic recycling by repurposing hardware making technology accessible to people who lack dedicated computer access. Their clients include wellknown technology companies and big corporates and they are redefining how companies handle used technology.
The Role
As a MidMarket Account Executive you will play a key role in bringing new customers onto the most innovative EndofLife platform on the market. Youll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close offering a product that customers love and often bring with them to new organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by identifying and closing opportunities within the midmarket segment.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closure.
- Develop and execute a strategic approach to pipeline growth.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the market landscape and effectively communicate the value of our clients platform.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- 2 years of fullcycle phone sales experience in a startup or growthstage company. (If youve only worked in big companies this may not be the right fit for you)
- Experience using Sales Navigator
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment.
- A proven track record of selfsourcing leads and closing deals.
- Strong business acumen with a highly consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling a usagebased model.
- An existing network that includes Heads of IT.
Benefits
- Base salary: $6070k
- OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $120000$160000/year (including bonuses or commissions) (uncapped commissions)

- They will provide relocation assistance for highlyqualified and even more highly motivated candidates who already live in the US
