Responsibilities:
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in selecting a vehicle asking questions and listening attentively to their needs.
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become an authority in the automotive field.
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager providing updates on objectives planned activities and performance analysis.
- Bring your A game and positive attitude to work every day.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Preferred selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit.
- Ready to quickly learn and become an expert on automotive products.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
