Job Description

• • primarily involved in Solutioning
  • Provide help in Presales Support Solution Design and Architectural design
  • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Design endtoend solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs while ensuring maximum out of the box solution.
  • Develop technical architecture considering scalability performance and security aspects.
    Create detailed technical documentation outlining design decisions and implementation strategies.
  • Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs REST SOAP and other methods.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB and other base tables
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices for the Service Now industry solution.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates new features and industry trends.
  • Optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Certified CSA CAD ITSM Any 2 CIS certification preferred
