Wentworth by the Sea is seeking Banquet Servers to join our team. We specialize in multioutlet simultaneous events wedding weekends and week day corporate events. Crosstraining available for individuals interested in additional employment in our restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Learn a variety of service styles including Americanstandard butlerpassed wavestyle and our premier house practice presidentialservice.
- Impress guests with teamoriented exemplary service.
- Build showready presentations and ensure standards are met for each active event room.
- Execute food and beverage service alongside the leadership team.
- Operate within provided assignments and timelines in accordance with the order of events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the leadership team pertaining to the banquet operation.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude strong work ethic with a malleable eager and willingness to learn approach.
- Ability to adapt to a changing and highservice demand work environment.
- Receptive to positive constructive communication.
- Confidence with guestfacing interactions.
- Reliability in appearing ready for service for each scheduled shift.
- Ability to work cohesively with coworkers and other departments as part of a team.
Pay is an hourly rate plus a portion of a gratuity pool based on weekly total hours and position worked.
Full Time Part Time or Seasonal employment available.
