LETTINGS MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Shepton Mallet BA4
Salary: OTE 36k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced proactive and driven Lettings Manager / Property Manager to help build and develop a Lettings business in Shepton Mallet.
The perfect candidate for this Lettings Manager / Property Manager role will have previous experience in residential Lettings and in generating and winning instructions as well as the patience and organisation skills to help with Property Management.
You will need to be an effective manager a charismatic business winner and be driven to succeed and be a highly competent negotiator.
You will be determined proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.

- Experienced residential Lettings Manager / Property Manager
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills

- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Shepton Mallet area
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency / Lettings
