At Greenlyte Carbon Technologies you will be a very early joiner in the finance team and will have the potential to see the wholistic finance organization of a growing startup.
Most likely your role will develop into FP&A/Controlling and Corporate Finance midterm.

How youll contribute
- Support financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare regular financial reports and management presentations
- Analyze financial KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist with cash flow planning and liquidity management
- Supportmonthly closing and ongoing accounting to maintain realtime accuracy
- Improve and optimize financial processes and tools
- Contribute to thecompanys financing strategy (equity and debt financing)
- Support investor relations and fundraising activities
- Collaborate withexternal partners (e.g. banks tax advisors)
Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables
Month 03
- Own ongoing accounting procedures and identify areas for improvement
- Gain deep understanding of financial data on a costcenter level
- Automate internal reporting structures
- Own financial modeling for internal & external use cases
- Conduct financial performance reviews with the leadership team independently
- Implement quickwin process improvements
- Contribute to financial IT system implementations such as a potential ERP system
- Act as a key financial partner and substitute for the VP Finance when needed
About you
35 years of experience in Controlling FP&A or Corporate Finance ideally in a startup or fastgrowing company
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field (CFA or MBA is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets BI tools and ERP systems
Entrepreneurial mindset handson mentality and strong problemsolving skills
Excellent English and at least German language level C1
Bonus
Basic knowledge of IFRS or HGB
Experience in working with investors and banks
