Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following other duties may be assigned)
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our team in the energy and utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis with experience in data preparation and visualization tools. This role is critical to our business as the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to key projects focused on data integration and providing comprehensive and accurate insights that directly influence decisionmaking processes and help drive the financial success of the company.
A significant part of the work involves evaluating power generation equipment and subcomponents/systems ensuring that the datadriven insights provided are accurate and impactful. The candidate must be capable of analyzing complex problems building predictive models and making strategic recommendations that impact our bottom line. The role also involves active participation in highlevel discussions where the candidates insights and analysis will play a significant role in shaping the companys financial strategies. The Data Analyst will be based in our Houston office with an expectation to work onsite fulltime for the first year. After the first year there is an option to work remotely two days a week.
