Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Center (BDC) Internet Sales Consultant
Department: Sales
Reports to: BDC Director
Job Status: FullTime
Salary: $3000 to $6000 per month.
Position Summary/Duties:
Business Development Center (BDC) Agent will be responsible for handling incoming sales phone calls and internet leads. Assisting the customer through the purchase process serving as a guide and point of contact from confirming sales appointments to performing longterm followup on all unsold customers.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads
- Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication listening and organizational skills.
- Possess a courteous friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid drivers license and able to submit to a driving record check.
- Ability to work in a technologyoriented environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
