Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of IT recruitment eager to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment. Youll collaborate with experienced recruiters participate in team initiatives and contribute to improving our hiring processes while developing your skills in talent acquisition and candidate assessment.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an IT Recruiter who has:
- A basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Completed IT sourcing or recruitment courses.
- Strong research skills including handson experience with sourcing tools (XRay Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter etc..
- Initial experience in sourcing screening and engaging candidates on LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
- Upperintermediate or higher level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Alignment with our corporate values trust transparency social responsibility and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Trainee/Junior IT Recruiter you will:
- Actively source candidates daily to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to match job requirements.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Engage and build longterm relationships with candidates to ensure continuous talent acquisition.
- Maintain and update recruitmentrelated reports for tracking and transparency.
- Participate in team standups hiring initiatives and process improvement discussions
