P1C3 TSTS We are seeking an IBM ITX Developer to join our team and contribute to the development integration and maintenance of data transformation solutions using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX). The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills along with the ability to assess source code analyze issues and implement efficient solutions. The role requires working closely with crossfunctional teams to design and deploy scalable and reliable data transformation processes. This position is ideal for candidates with 03 years of experience who have a background in computer science computer engineering or related fields and a passion for solving complex technical problems in missioncritical environments.1. Data Transformation & Development: Design develop and maintain data transformation solutions using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX). Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure seamless data integration. Implement new features enhancements and bug fixes to optimize ITXbased solutions.2. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot highly technical problems including source code assessments. Provide innovative solutions by adapting and creating nonstandard problemsolving approaches. Identify root causes of issues in a missioncritical production environment and implement fixes efficiently.3. CrossFunctional Team Collaboration: Organize and lead multifunctional teams during: Customer service disruptions Configuration management New feature deployments New product implementations Collaborate with business analysts architects and other developers to ensure business requirements are met.4. Configuration Management & Code Upgrades: Perform code upgrades independently to improve performance and stability. Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards. Maintain documentation of development and upgrade processes.5. Process Improvement & Best Practices: Identify document and promote best practices within IBM ITX development. Provide recommendations for continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ITX development and troubleshooting.
