Key Responsibilities:
As an ideal Lawn Care Technician at Man youll treat your days like your own business. Well provide you with the route and the truck youll be in charge of delivering outstanding professional lawn care service to our customers. Youll take pride in being the face of Man knowing that your success is driven by your hard work attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience is great but we are excited to train you.
Never Miss a Paycheck:
On days when we arent treating lawns well keep you engaged with neighborhood canvassinggoing doortodoor offering homeowners free lawn care quotes. This not only helps bring in new business but also gives you a chance to explore the variety of roles we have at Man. Youll be a versatile member of the team contributing to both lawn care and business growth while earning pay for both responsibilities!
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Pass a background check
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Perform various lawn care services including fertilization control aeration etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a courteous demeanor
- Utilize effective time management skills
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for 810 hours per day
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions for 810 hours per day
