Job Description

If you answered yes then JRI is looking for you for an internship!
JRIs Intensive Foster Care Program provides care to ensure that children in foster care obtain the services necessary for success in the home school and community. In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission with youth and foster parents. Our staff provide services in the communities wherethe people we servelive utilizing strengthbased and needsdriven choices offering a teambased approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent individualized servicesand the use of evidencebased practices.

- Supervision from licensed and experienced staff to provide necessary hours and clinical growth towards degree completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum working towards a Bachelors degree or above in the mental health field/ social work/ human services/counseling.
- Interest in working with children/adolescents isrequired and familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
